《キャンセル料金​》

・キャンセル料金には消費税（地方消費税含む）はかかりません。​
・レンタル当日の悪天候により貸出店舗が貸出中止と判断した場合は、キャンセル料金は発生しません。​
※悪天候とは出発日の出発時間前に貸出店舗エリアに雨、雪、風、雷、霧に関する警報または注意報が出ている場合に限ります。
・出発時間を1時間以上過ぎてもご連絡がない場合は、当日キャンセルとみなします。​

《返金方法》​
​
予約時に決済された料金から、キャンセル料を差し引いた金額をクレジットカード会社を通じて返金いたします。​
返金のタイミングはご利用のカード会社によって異なりますので、詳細はカード会社にお問い合わせください。​

《Notes on Cancellation Fees》
• Option fees (helmet rental, ETC card, etc.) are not included in the cancellation fee.
• Consumption tax is not charged on cancellation fees.
• If the rental shop decides to cancel the rental due to severe weather on the rental day, no cancellation fee will be charged.
※“Severe weather” refers to an official warning or advisory for rain, snow, wind, lightning, or dense fog issued in the rental shop’s area before the scheduled departure time.
• If we do not receive any contact from you within 1 hour after your scheduled departure time, your reservation will be considered a same-day cancellation.

The amount paid at the time of reservation will be refunded via your credit card company, after deducting the applicable cancellation fee.
